To help you get ready for your first cyclocross experience a group of experienced racers will be offering a free clinic on the ins and outs of cyclocross at the race site starting at 2:00. ... some races I can actually make it out to (hope I didn't just jinx myself) and have some uber-cardio fun. Actually, I was in my first unofficial CX race last night with the FGBC gang down at the Forks ... I'll post about that soon ... good times! I must say that it is great to see that all the CX races this year are doing what we tried to do last year at our Bourkevale race in allowing "Citizen" licenced riders to race for free and covering the insurance issues for them. Awesome!
